Communication@EMA - how are we doing?

EMAThe European Medicines Agency (EMA) has launched its third communication perception survey.

The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback from patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, academics, media, pharmaceutical industry and other regulators, on EMA's external communication.

The feedback will help EMA to identify and address potential shortcomings and to better meet the communication needs of its stakeholders and partners. EMA will take into account the outcome of the survey in its framework strategy for external communications and engagement 2021-2025.

EMA invites everyone to provide their views.

The survey will close on Sunday, 13 September 2020.

This is the third time EMA is conducting a communication perception survey. Previous surveys were run in 2015 and 2017, and the results were used to establish baselines and targets against which to measure progress and improve communication activities.

The Agency will publish the results of the survey and discuss recommendations with its stakeholders.
